The thesis is focused on theoretical analysis and physical description of laser beam technology. It deals with possibilities and concrete methods of laser technologies in perspective of metal machining and in detail it describes CO2 laser and its inclusion to the manufacturing process in concrete engineering company. Further it describes the components base and the construction technology of typal representatives. The thesis includes the proposition of solution of increase the productivity of the laser workplace and also technical and economical evaluation of this technology.
Production of joint folded out the rule

Project developed within the bachelor study presents a proposal production technology of joint folded out the rule from construction steel 12 060. Thick is 0,5 mm and the production ran is specify at 30 000 units a year. In accordance with literature studies and by calculations have been designed a combined roll forming tool, which consists of a rack with two pillars. This tool will be fix in on eccentric press LEN 10C by SMERAL, Trnava, with nominal press force 100 kN. Trimming punches, holding punch and bending puch are made of tool steel, grade 19 436.3. Lower functional part of the tool ass well.

The master's thesis deals with market research to determine the amount of the usual rent in Most and assessing factors that act on the rent. For market research are identifies four categories of flats, which are 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk and larger. On the basis of the obtained information are made maps which colour-illustrated apartments by price/month/m2.
Production of the "truss beam" component in a smaller engineering company

The bachelor thesis describes manufacturing of the "trussed beam" component in a small engineering company. This work is divided to several parts. The first part consists of theoretical points, which describes selected economic terms, terms about manufacturing and specific engineering technologies. Part two contains an analysis of the current state. In part three is created proposal solving, which including a product price calculation and proposal for streamlining production process and technological and economic evaluation.

Solution of modernization technology of part air-pump

The subject of this thesis is modernization of manufacturing process of air-pump component in a specific company. The work is focused on designing a new variant of the manufacturing process for mass production of the given component. The introduction evaluates the technology of product manufacture and describes the existing technologies of performed prototype production. The second chapter introduces a machine-tool, which will play the existing role of production, which will streamline the productivity of work, reduce the risk of human error and improve the quality of manufacturing accuracy. Further new tools are selected and a new production technology is designed. In conclusion, machine times and an overall design of production are evaluated.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design technology for product components "bearing cover“ in two variants. The first of them is designed for the production of one-piece components in company conditons. The second is concerned with the design technology for serial production of the same components using machines and tools from current production. The thesis contains designs for semi-finished components, the selection of machines from the company fleet, the design of suitable tools and cutting conditions. An economic evaluation deals with the determination of machining times for both variants of production. The proposed technology will be used for the real production of components.

Production of a Component "Disc"

The present bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for production of the component "disk" in two variants in conditions of a smaller company. A part of this work is to design the stock component, to select a machine out of those available in the company, and to select the appropriate tools and cutting conditions. For both variants, tools paths were simulated in the program HSMWorks and machining times were compared. The proposed optimal solution will serve as a basis for real production.
